Das Veillon-Quartier in Bussigny, Schweiz<\/strong>, entsteht auf einem Gel\u00e4nde, das fr\u00fcher vom Veillon-VPC-Haus genutzt wurde. Lebendig, urban und innovativ wird es Wohnraum, ein Hotel, B\u00fcros sowie Gesch\u00e4fte, lokale Dienstleistungen und Freizeitaktivit\u00e4ten bieten. In der N\u00e4he \u00f6ffentlicher Verkehrsmittel gelegen, wird dieses neue Viertel den modernen Gewohnheiten in Bezug auf Arbeit, Wohnen, Reisen und Konsum gerecht werden.
F\u00fcr dieses Projekt f\u00fchrte GEOEG die Ausf\u00fchrungsplanung f\u00fcr mehr als 200 geothermische Bohrl\u00f6cher<\/strong> mit einer Tiefe von 300 m durch und \u00abthermal response test (TRT)\u00bb an einem Testbohrloch durch. Der vor Ort durchgef\u00fchrte Test erm\u00f6glichte<\/strong> die Charakterisierung der Reaktion des Untergrunds auf den Betrieb der geplanten geothermischen Technologien und validierte deren Design. Dieses Design wurde mittels zeitabh\u00e4ngiger 3D-thermo-hydraulischer Finite-Elemente-Simulationen<\/strong> \u00fcber 50 Jahre entwickelt, wodurch die thermischen Wechselwirkungen zwischen den Bohrl\u00f6chern und dem Betrieb des Geb\u00e4udes pr\u00e4zise reproduziert werden konnten. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
