Le quartier Veillon<\/strong> \u00e0 Bussigny, en Suisse, s’\u00e9l\u00e8ve sur un site anciennement occup\u00e9 par la maison Veillon VPC. Vivant, urbain et innovant, il accueillera des logements, un h\u00f4tel, des bureaux, mais aussi des commerces, des services de proximit\u00e9 et des activit\u00e9s de loisirs. Proche des transports en commun, ce nouveau quartier r\u00e9pondra aux habitudes contemporaines de travail, de logement, de d\u00e9placement et de consommation. Pour ce projet, GEOEG a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la conception d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de plus de 200 sondes g\u00e9othermiques<\/strong> verticales de 300 m et a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un test de r\u00e9ponse thermique (TRT) sur un forage test. Le test de r\u00e9ponse thermique<\/strong> r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur le site a permis de caract\u00e9riser la r\u00e9ponse du sous-sol au fonctionnement des technologies g\u00e9othermiques con\u00e7ues et de valider leur conception. Cette conception a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l’aide de simulations thermo-hydrauliques par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis en 3D<\/strong> d\u00e9pendant du temps et d’une dur\u00e9e de 50 ans, ce qui a permis de reproduire avec pr\u00e9cision les effets d’interaction thermique entre les sondes et le fonctionnement du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
