Ses surfaces accueilleront des logements pour diff\u00e9rents publics, des h\u00f4tels, des espaces modulaires de coworking et de comaking, des zones commerciales, des restaurants, des installations sportives. Le projet pr\u00e9voit un b\u00e2timent en bois <strong>ambitieux et durable de 85 m\u00e8tres de haut<\/strong>. Le <strong>b\u00e2timent n\u2019\u00e9mettra que 2.36 kg de CO\u2082 par m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 par an<\/strong>.<br \/>Pour ce projet, GEOEG a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 et la conception d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de la <strong>fondation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/strong> qui comprenait l&rsquo;activation thermique des murs p\u00e9rim\u00e9triques des trois \u00e9tages souterrains et du <strong>radier de fondation<\/strong>. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces efforts, la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur g\u00e9othermiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 quantifi\u00e9es et optimis\u00e9es, r\u00e9sultant en un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelable qui contribue grandement aux efforts de d\u00e9carbonisation de la Tour
