Chicago<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u00ab\u00a0CHICAGO\u00a0\u00bb est une vision propos\u00e9e par GEOEG et ENERDRAPE pour l’exposition th\u00e9matique de la Biennale d’architecture et d’urbanisme de S\u00e9oul 2021 (SBAU)<\/strong>.
S\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e parmi plus de 500 projets<\/strong> d’\u00e9minents cabinets d’architectes et d’ing\u00e9nieurs du monde entier, cette intervention visionnaire mais r\u00e9alisable pour l’avenir r\u00e9silient de Chicago<\/strong> transforme environ 280 km de tunnels<\/strong> existants et d’autres environnements b\u00e2tis qui se trouvent sous la ville en g\u00e9ostructures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le projet<\/strong><\/h3>\nChicago, l’une des villes am\u00e9ricaines les plus denses, conna\u00eet des \u00e9t\u00e9s torrides et des hivers glacials<\/strong>. En raison de ce climat, la ville a d’\u00e9normes besoins en \u00e9nergie<\/strong> thermique, qui contribuent actuellement \u00e0 71 % des \u00e9missions de CO2 \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle de la ville en raison de la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 l’\u00e9gard des sources d’\u00e9nergie non renouvelables. Une autre caract\u00e9ristique de Chicago est qu’elle est construite sur plusieurs couches<\/strong>.\nPlusieurs couches se trouvent au-dessus du sol<\/strong>, comme les lignes de m\u00e9tro sur\u00e9lev\u00e9es, les passerelles suspendues et les jardins sur les toits.\nDe nombreuses couches se trouvent dans le sous-sol<\/strong>, notamment des rues souterraines, des bars, des parkings et des voies pi\u00e9tonnes, des tunnels du m\u00e9tro, des tunnels de transport de marchandises et des funiculaires, des tunnels pour l\u2019eau et des tunnels profonds.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

L’environnement<\/strong><\/h3>\n

La pr\u00e9sence d’un nombre important de b\u00e2timents consommateurs d’\u00e9nergie et de nombreux environnements b\u00e2tis<\/strong> souterrains offre \u00e0 Chicago l’opportunit\u00e9 cruciale de servir des applications massives de g\u00e9ostructures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la consommation d’\u00e9nergie thermique de la ville de mani\u00e8re efficace et \u00e9conomique. Dans cette perspective, ce projet visionnaire<\/strong> transforme les environnements b\u00e2tis souterrains de Chicago en espaces capables d’alimenter la ville en \u00e9nergie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

L’\u0153uvre d’art<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Cette installation<\/strong> reproduit la transformation de l’un des tunnels situ\u00e9s sous Chicago en g\u00e9ostructures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment en tunnels \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Les tunnels \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques peuvent exploiter de mani\u00e8re dynamique<\/strong> la chaleur g\u00e9othermique inexploit\u00e9e dans le sol ainsi que la chaleur r\u00e9siduelle produite par l’activit\u00e9 humaine<\/strong> dans le sous-sol (d\u00e9placements de personnes, arr\u00eats de trains, etc.), ce qui repr\u00e9sente un environnement intelligent<\/strong> pour le transport urbain et l’approvisionnement en \u00e9nergie propre. En cons\u00e9quence, l’\u0153uvre d’art simule le fonctionnement d’un tunnel \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/strong> qui stimule l’\u00e9change de chaleur sous la surface du sol au profit de l’activit\u00e9 humaine et de l’environnement au-dessus du sol. Le tunnel est constitu\u00e9 d’un carrefour de passages irr\u00e9guliers qui int\u00e8grent des lumi\u00e8res LED<\/strong>. Ces lumi\u00e8res changent de couleur, passant du jaune au rouge avec le mouvement des personnes, repr\u00e9sentant virtuellement l’\u00e9change de chaleur<\/strong> et offrant aux visiteurs une exp\u00e9rience sensorielle dynamique.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
