Le Gangnam International Transit Center<\/strong> de S\u00e9oul a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u et dessin\u00e9 par l’architecte Dominique Perrault comme une \u0153uvre de land art, un geste minimaliste qui cr\u00e9e un nouveau centre de transport incroyablement puissant en plein c\u0153ur de la ville. Construit le long des deux routes principales qui traversent les quartiers de Gangnam, Bongeunsaro et Tehrananro, LightWalk est un projet paysager qui relie les deux routes et sert de point de rep\u00e8re urbain. Ce nouveau p\u00f4le intermodal de 167\u2019000 m\u00b2 enti\u00e8rement construit en sous-sol<\/strong> accueillera, outre un centre commercial, une nouvelle gare ferroviaire de 4 lignes, des stations de m\u00e9tro, une gare routi\u00e8re et un centre de conf\u00e9rence. Dans le cadre de ce projet, GEOEG a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la conception sch\u00e9matique d’un syst\u00e8me de g\u00e9ostructure \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/strong> permettant de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 100% des besoins en \u00e9nergie thermique des espaces ventil\u00e9s naturellement et m\u00e9caniquement. Le syst\u00e8me de g\u00e9ostructure \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique con\u00e7u par GEOEG comprend environ 41’000 m\u00b2 de radiers \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, 18’000 m\u00b2 de murs \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et 1’382 m de pieux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/strong> pour rendre ce projet autonome du point de vue de son approvisionnement en \u00e9nergie. Le syst\u00e8me envisag\u00e9 implique un fonctionnement coupl\u00e9 de g\u00e9ostructures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques avec un labyrinthe thermique.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
