Cinque nuovi edifici residenziali<\/a> a Vandceuvres, in Svizzera, sono progettati per offrire spazi abitativi in perfetta armonia con la natura<\/strong> e il parco forestale circostante. Questo progetto di bioedilizia sfrutta l’energia geotermica locale e rinnovabile<\/b> per il riscaldamento e il raffreddamento degli edifici. A tal fine, \u00e8 stato realizzato un campo di 23 sonde geotermiche<\/b>, progettate per rispondere alle esigenze stagionali degli edifici. Nell’ambito di questo studio, GEOEG ha analizzato le prestazioni del campo di sonde per mezzo di un modello numerico dinamico 3D<\/strong> sull’arco di 50 anni. Le simulazioni avanzate sono state eseguite in pi\u00f9 scenari; GEOEG ha studiato in modo iterativo il campo di sonde, nonch\u00e9 il sistema geotermico integrato da pannelli solari termici. Le analisi hanno confermato che il campo di sonde geotermiche pu\u00f2 soddisfare il 100% del fabbisogno energetico annuale degli edifici<\/b>. Inoltre, a parit\u00e0 di fabbisogno energetico, il sistema \u00e8 stato ottimizzato riducendo la lunghezza complessiva dei fori geotermici di 1’150 metri, con una conseguente diminuzione dell’8% nei costi di investimento<\/b>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
