ICADE and EMERIGE have been named winners for the development of a 35’600 m² mixed-use project in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. The goal is to create a mixed-use neighborhood on the doorstep of downtown Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.
A total of 405 apartments, 1’450 m² of office space, 3’100 m² of commercial space, 844 parking spaces, and 300 m² reserved for security forces are planned. The goal is to provide 81% of energy needs through renewable sources: geothermal and solar.
GEOEG was involved in this project to identify the best geothermal system composed of either vertical boreholes or a mixed geothermal system composed of vertical boreholes and energy geostructures.
In addition, GEOEG was in charge of defining the specifications for the realization of a thermal response test on a test borehole.
