ICADE and EMERIGE have been named winners for the development of a 35’600 m2 mixed-use project in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.
The goal is to create a mixed-use neighborhood on the doorstep of downtown Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.
A total of 405 apartments, 1’450 m2 of office space, 3’100 m2 of commercial space, 844 parking spaces, and 300 m2 reserved for security forces are planned. The goal is to provide 81% of energy needs through renewable sources (geothermal and solar).
GEOEG was involved in this project to identify the best geothermal system composed of either vertical boreholes or a mixed geothermal system composed of vertical boreholes and energy geostructures.
In addition, GEOEG was in charge of defining the specifications for the realization of a thermal response test (TRT) on a test borehole.
