A furniture shop chain is preparing to expand its business in Romania and intends to construct a new shop spanning an area of 12’000 m2 .
The foundation concept for the furniture store in Sibiu project consists of 96 monopiles with variable diameters and 76 regular piles.
To ensure the efficient cooling and heating of the building, GEOEG and GreenTAGS conducted an analysis of the potential of energy piles and vertical geothermal boreholes to meet the cooling and heating needs of the new building.
