The “Les Grands Prés” real estate project proposes the creation of 232 apartments and activity areas within an eco-neighbourhood labelled Minergie-P-ECO and certified Site 2000 Watts.

For this project, GEOEG developed a variant to transform the slabs and walls of the parking garage of the considered building into renewable sources of heating and cooling.
