The Torino Metro Line 2, to be built in Torino, Italy, will provide a rapid driverless service, connecting the city’s main poles over total of 27 km from northeast to southwest. Acting as a new vein for the public transport across the city, this infrastructure will also represent an energy carrier by serving as an energy geostructure.
For this project, GEOEG has been commissioned to analyze the heating-cooling capacity associated with the thermal activation of the stations, storage facilities, and tunnel sections of the new metro line.
